Complaint Procedure

Complaint and Appeal Procedure of CIS GmbH (Ltd.)


Following, we would briefly like to present the complaint and appeal procedure of CIS GmbH (Ltd.) to you. This procedure is open to the customers of CIS.

Complaints and appeals can be addressed to CIS (office@cis-cert.com) in writing.

If complaints/appeals are, in exceptional cases, lodged orally, their contents will be laid down in writing. The complainant will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within one week. Complaints/appeals will be processed by CIS. After the complaint/appeal has been processed completely, the complainant will be given a concluding answer.
